Can insoles improve my performance on the tennis court?

Asked 4 years ago

I've been playing tennis for a while now and I'm always looking for ways to improve my game. I've heard that insoles can help with stability and shock absorption, but I'm not sure if they can actually make a difference on the court. Can using insoles for tennis cause an improvement in performance? Thanks in advance!

Of course!

Insoles lessen fatigue and leg cramps; align your feet and lower extremities. They also increase proprioception, or how your body is positioned on the tennis court. Insoles will stabilise your feet to the ground, minimising friction and blisters and controlling pronation.
