Do insoles help with shock absorption during tennis play?
Asked 4 years ago
Hi there, I often experience discomfort and pain in my feet due to the constant impact on the court. I've heard that insoles can help with shock absorption, but I'm not sure if they will work with so many impacts. Can anyone explain how insoles can help with shock absorption during tennis play? Thank you!

Yes, they do. The support and cushioning provided by an insole reduce the impact your feet collide with the ground with, minimising shock and helping to cushion the vulnerable areas of your feet. A tennis Insole provides stability for the foot, reducing the chance of turning over when moving quickly.
