Can insoles help with flat feet or fallen arches during tennis play?
Asked 4 years ago
Hey there, I have been experiencing some discomfort while playing tennis due to my flat feet. I have heard that insoles can help with this issue, but I am not sure if they are effective during tennis play. Can anyone share their experience with using insoles for flat feet during tennis? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Absolutely they can help. An insole designed to correct flat feet will help to reduce the strain and stress placed on all of the bones and joints in your feet and ankles when playing a demanding sport such as tennis. There are a variety of insoles available on the market specifically engineered and intended for use during high impact sporting activities.
