How can I tell if a shoe provides enough support and cushioning for my needs?
Asked 4 years ago
Hey, I'm always on the lookout for shoes that offer just the right amount of support and cushioning to keep me comfortable during my workouts. However, with so many options out there, it can be tough to know which shoes are best suited for my needs. I'm wondering if there are any telltale signs or features to look for when trying to determine if a shoe provides enough support and cushioning. Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated!

A couple of things to check for are whether your heel sits snugly in the back of the shoe without slipping or sliding, and whether you can wiggle all your toes when the shoe is fastened. The right shoe should absorb your weight evenly throughout the foot, without feeling too rigid or firm. If it feels comfortable during and after your workout, and doesn’t cause any pain, then it’s probably a good shoe for you.
